I was so impressed with Braeden the other day. The kids were playing with their stuffed animals. The lamp was the sun and they were warming themselves at the sun. Braeden warned Zach not to touch the stiffed animal to the lamp though because it could burn. And then he added that it could melt. Wow. Smart little guy.
But. Then Zach asked, “How?”
Braeden answered a little differently than I might have.
“There is a tiny fire inside the light bulb. When you turn it off, it blows on it. And when you turn it on, there are matches inside that light it again.”
I think we need to study electricity a little more.
